The Outlook Horizons Clayton South Learning Hub serves as a base for a wide range of programs within the Kingston and Bayside areas. With easy access to public transport, for travel to existing community facilities as well as our social enterprise in Hampton Park, this location allows for seamless community access and engagement. Many group-based disability support programs are held at the Clayton South Learning Hub, including:
