Our Outlook Horizons and Outlook Beyond services offer flexible options to help you thrive in work and life. We are committed to providing flexible and responsive service options to meet the changing needs of our participants.

Outlook Horizons
Group-based programs such as NDIS SLES school leaver employment supports, skill building and work training, social outings and special interest groups. Outlook Horizons can help you build the life that you want as you look to the horizon. Programs are currently based around the Cardinia, Casey, Bayside and Kingston areas of Melbourne.

Outlook Beyond
When group-based services alone do not fit your needs or goals, Outlook Beyond can help. From assistance with daily tasks, travel assistance, respite and working towards your goals in a focused 1:1 environment, our team can design supports to help you thrive.

High-Intensity Support
Accessible facilities and experienced staff to support individuals with high physical, medical and behavioural needs, providing a more accessible base for broader community access in a group or individual setting. High intensity support can be provided across our Outlook Horizons and Outlook Beyond services.
Dedicated Skill-Building Programs
These programs are designed to reflect the choice-driven approach of adult education, offering participants the freedom to choose their paths in areas crucial for development.
Group Supports
Group-based day programs to allow participants to explore a range of interests, build practical skills and develop social connections in a community setting.
1:1 Supports
Tailored individual support to use in the way that you choose. From respite, support with daily living, travel assistance, working towards a specific goal … and much more.

Ben’s Story

Since joining Outlook, Ben has faced significant challenges due to his complex behaviours. Our dedicated staff underwent specialised training to provide him with the care and attention he needed. Outlook even considered if we were the right organisation to support him at that time.

Despite a rough upbringing in group homes and foster care, Ben’s resilience shone through. With consistent support and advocacy from the Outlook team and his compassionate carers, Ben achieved a major breakthrough: securing NDIS funding to receive 2:1 support. This funding allows him to actively participate in community activities he loves, such as swimming and exploring the city by train. Ben now enjoys a quiet room at Outlook, a haven where he can recharge when feeling overwhelmed.

Ben’s journey demonstrates how comprehensive personalised support and a nurturing environment can empower individuals to achieve their goals.
